JA Ferret Pouilly Fuisse Les Vernays 2004
JA Ferret The harvest is done entirely by hand. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are done in barrel with extensive lees contact being fundamental to the "elevage". Between 25% and 50% of the wines are aged in new oak, the "Les Vernays" normally sees 15 months of aging prior to bottling and the remaining "crus". All sizes are 750mL unless otherwise noted.
