Dominio de Pingus

2007 – Cooler-than-normal weather and long hangtimes produced ethereal, harmonious wines. Quality was very uneven, leading to small total productions of Pingus and Flor. No fining or filtration. Minimal rackings. 100% de-stemming. Flor has been biodynamic since the 2005 vintage. Oak Aging 14 months in 100% new barrique.
