Don Bryant, who has spared no expense in promoting the terrior of Pritchard Hill, has recently hired Philippe Melka (Helen Turley led many successful vintages prior) whose Bordeaux background and experience with labels such as Quintessa and Constant should add austerity and structure to Bryant's already flamboyant and opulent style. Enologist Michel Rolland has also signed on as consultant.
