Remarkable bouquet of dark wild berries, with an underlining of liquorice, fenugreek and carob. It is a well structured wine, with highly complex olfactory range.

Deep, dark ruby-red. Offers a plethora of aromas, ranging from ripe bing cherry and dark plum to mocha, coffee bean and a hint of smoke. Rich and immensely sweet on the palate, it avoids the over extraction of some other aglianicos made in this very hot vintage. Offers great concentration of ripe fruit with silky tannins that do not overpower the palate.
